Saffron Persimmon Smoothie

4-5 persimmons, peeled and sliced

Juice from 3 oranges

200 ml almond milk

1-2 tsp raw honey

3-4 tbsp BIOMADICA Cuisine organic Greek Saffron flower water

¼  tsp cinnamon

Ice (optional)

Bee pollen (optional)

Saffron Persimmon Smoothie

Place all the ingredients, apart from the bee pollen, in a blender. Pulse well until smooth. Serve in glasses and top with bee pollen, if using. For maximum flavor and aroma spray with some extra Saffron flower.
